Thursday afternoon a 56-year-old Mountain View man experienced a medical episode and drove off of Highway 60 at Route V, five miles East of Hutton Valley.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report, the 2022 Peterbilt that he was driving went down a ditch and went airborne before coming to rest on the side of the road.

He was transported to Mercy in Springfield for treatment of moderate injuries.
