A 42-year-old Newton Iowa man was seriously injured when the 2012 Yamaha 450 he was riding failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a 2019 Dodge Caravan driven by a 40-year-old Viola Man.
The accident occurred five miles south of South Fork on E Hwy around 10:30 a.m. on Thursday. The Iowa man was flown to Cox South in Springfield, the driver of the Caravan was not injured according to the crash report.
