According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report a 53-year-old Cabool man sustained moderate injuries in an accident Wednesday afternoon four miles south of Cabool on Highway 181.
The accident happened when the 2003 Chevrolet 1500 he was driving went off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

The driver was taken by patrol vehicle to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment. He is also being charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving an Accident, Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway, No Insurance and No Seatbelt.
