West Plains, MO. – This week will be a rainy one, at least in the middle, but this weekend is looking relatively clear on the forecast, which spells a good sign for upcoming weekend events. On this week’s West Plains Arts Alliance Update with Terry Hampton, we’re told about a concert, a movie in a park, and new stage performance, all in West Plains.
First, the Avenue Theatre will be hosting a stage performance of “Love, Law, and Murder”. This will take place Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the former two days having a start time of 7pm, and the latter being 2pm.
Secondly, on Friday from 7pm to 9pm, “Supe” Granda of the Ozark Mountain Daredevils will be performing at The Yellow House. Tickets are $25 a person.
Lastly, on Saturday at 8pm, the West Plains City Parks & Rec Department will be hosting a movie night. This event is free, and will take place at Carmichael Field.
