A Sidney Arkansas man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Friday in Oregon County.

John A. Battles, 29, is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and no insurance.
He was transported to the Oregon County Jail.
