Cabool, MO. – A woman from Piggott, Arkansas is currently in critical condition following an event over the weekend where she was found trapped under a train car in Cabool.
This event took place in the midnight hour of Sunday, May 5th. The Cabool Police Department received a call about an individual trapped under a train car at a residence near Britton Avenue. Multiple emergency responders were dispatched, and a female was found on the scene with her leg pinned. The victim was stabilized by medical personnel before she was transported to an unspecified Springfield hospital for emergency treatment.
The identity of the victim has been released as Natalie Wilson, who as of yesterday remains hospitalized. What series of events that led to this happening are currently unknown, and investigation is ongoing.
Agencies that took part in this call for service were the Cabool Police and Fire Departments, medical staff from Texas County Memorial Hospital, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Texas County Sheriff’s Office.
