The Baxter County Sherriff’s Department arrested James A Rorex II 39 from Norfork on Wednesday. Rorex was charged with Possession of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule 6 substance less than 4 ounces, driving on a suspended license, no insurance, expired tags and drug paraphernalia. He is being held in the Baxter County Jail on a $5,000 bond..
