A narcotics investigation led deputies to serve a search warrant early Tuesday morning at Maple Lane Trailer Park #4, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Investigators say the warrant, part of an ongoing case handled by Sgt. Aaron Box and Deputy Evans, resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies arrested Jamie Menz, 50, of Ava. A warrant was later issued charging Menz with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $1,500 cash‑only.
