Cabool, MO. – Last month, a little girl from the local area was swept into a culvert under a bridge due to high waters at the time.
The girl, who was later identified as Scarlett Hall, was rescused by multiple agencies before being sent off to St. Louis for further treatment.
Today, a local business and church in the Cabool area have decided to pitch in to help with the medical expenses on the family.
The Feed Lot, owned by Nathan and Shelby Ellison, are committing 15% of their sales all day towards this cause. When Nathan and Shelby discussed this plan with their church, they then decided to match the couple with the proceeds.
Tonight, Donnie Wells will be leading a prayer for the family at 8pm.
