Wright County, Mo. — A coordinated law enforcement operation led to the arrest of Bryan Gilpatrick on July 10, 2025, after authorities discovered multiple outstanding warrants for his arrest.
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the Fugitive Task Force, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Mountain Grove Police Department, worked together to locate and apprehend Gilpatrick. Officials say the joint effort prioritized the safety of officers, civilians, and the suspect.
During the arrest, authorities found methamphetamine in Gilpatrick’s possession. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Wright County Jail.
According to law enforcement, Gilpatrick is currently on parole with the Missouri Department of Corrections and had been classified as a parole absconder.
Corporal Jimmy Campbell of the Wright County Sheriff’s Office has submitted a Probable Cause Affidavit recommending felony charges for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Formal charges are expected to be filed in both Wright and Texas counties.
