MOUNTAIN VIEW, Ark. — Get ready for a weekend of finger-pickin’ music and finger-lickin’ food as the Bluegrass & Fried Chicken Festival returns to Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain View on August 22–23, 2025.
Set in the heart of the scenic Ozarks, this two-day celebration of timeless tunes and old-fashioned fun promises an unforgettable experience for music lovers and families alike.
The festival kicks off Friday evening and continues with a Saturday matinee and evening performance at the Ozark Highlands Theater, a 1,000-seat indoor venue known for its rich acoustics and vibrant atmosphere. Festivalgoers will also enjoy free admission to the center’s artisan Craft Village, where live music sets, hands-on craft demonstrations, and family activities run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.

In between shows, attendees can head to The Skillet, the park’s hilltop restaurant, to enjoy an all-you-can-eat fried chicken buffet. (Buffet meals are sold separately at the restaurant.)
