A 60-year-old Annapolis Missouri woman sustained minor injuries in an accident in Reynolds County on Wednesday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Report the driver stated that her brakes failed on the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and she drove off of a bridge on County Road 374 six miles west of Lesterville.

The driver was transported to Poplar Bluff regional Hospital by ambulance for treatment of her injuries.
