A Cabool man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Saturday afternoon in Texas county.
Devon Rodriguez 37, is charged with two counts of 1st degree Assault, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Unlawful use of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Resisting Arrest, 1st degree Property Damage, DWI, and Carless and Imprudent Driving.

He was transported to the Texas County Jail on a 24 Hour Hold.
