Cabool, MO. – A man from Cabool was arrested yesterday, May 22nd, on multiple criminal charges that all involve sexual deviancy and at least two victims, according to recent reports.
Information has been gathered between an official announcement from the Cabool PD and the probable cause affidavit on the arrest.
Tommy Smith, 55 of Cabool has been arrested, with charges including 1st Degree Rape, 1st Degree Sodomy with a Victim Less than 12 Years of Age, 1st Degree Child Molestation, Statutory Rape and Sodomy, and Patronizing Prostitution With Age Greater than 14, but Less than 18.
Investigation on this case began on February 3rd of last year, and outlines several instances involving both witness and victim testimony on the actions of Tommy Smith. According to one of the victims in this incident, Smith had been taking grooming actions towards them since the age of 11.
Smith is being held at the Texas County Jail without bond.
