According to the MSHP Arrest Report, a Cabool man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway patrol on Sunday in Oregon County.
40-year-old Joshua Delgado is facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, two counts of felony endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated, no seat belt, no insurance and speeding.
