43-year-old Daniel Martin of Caufield was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol on Monday. He is facing charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Resisting Arrest and Careless and Imprudent Driving.

He was transported to the Howell County Jail according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Arrest Report.
