City of West Plains Electric Crews are reporting to an outage caused by a downed power line at 6:45 a.m.
This area includes parts of Luna Subdivision, Garfield Avenue to St. Louis Avenue, and BB Hwy.
Crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore power.
