From the South Central Correction Center:
At 9:12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, resident Kevin Hausmann, DOC No.
1367128, was pronounced dead at South Central Correctional Center medical unit in
Licking, Missouri.

Hausmann was a 72-year-old resident serving a life sentence for one count of first
degree sodomy or attempted sodomy from Barry County. Hausmann was received in
the Missouri Department of Corrections on Nov. 5, 2021.
An autopsy will be conducted.
