Ellsinore, MO. – The Carter County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Doniphan man after he struck a victim and was found with meth.
The probable cause affidavit states that this took place on February 28, with Carter County deputies speaking to a victim with a visible knot on the back of her head from being struck.
Collin Kellerman, born 1991, of Doniphan, was said to have been the perpetrator. Kellerman’s GPS ankle monitor system placed him in the area at the time of the assault, leading to Kellerman being sought.
Kellerman was found in Ellsinore, and during a traffic stop, was found in possession of a plastic baggie that tested positive for meth.
Kellerman is facing two charges: felony third-degree domestic assault and felony possession of a controlled substance.
