West Plains, MO. – Emergency responders in West Plains received a shocking report today of what was possibly a child who had gotten stuck on ice of partly frozen Arrowhead Lake in West Plains. The location of the call was County Road 9000, and the call was issued just a bit after 1pm.
Responders were instead, greeted with the scene of a man who had made his way onto the lake in order to rescue a large white dog, who had gotten itself isolated and stuck on the ice.
