On October 31, 2025, Kelly Nicole Moore, 39, of Flippin, was arrested following a brief vehicle pursuit in a stolen 2022 Dodge Ram 2500. Deputies responded to a loitering complaint at Madden Sanitation on Hwy 126 North and identified Moore as the suspect wanted by Sharp County authorities for vehicle theft.
Moore fled as deputies arrived, but the pursuit ended within a minute when the truck ran out of fuel near Baxter CR 6 and Shamrock Lane. She was taken into custody and booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on felony charges of Fleeing by Vehicle and Theft by Receiving, with bond set at $5,000. Moore is being transferred to Sharp County to face additional charges of Burglary and Theft.
