GAINESVILLE, MO– The official adoption of Willow Young to her Grandparents Steven and Joann Young of Gainesville took place in the Ozark County courtroom last Wednesday. An adoption in which the Grandparents of the young girl believe would not have been possible without the power of FosterAdopt Connect.
FosterAdopt Connect is a resource that has helped more than 15,000 children and families across the state of Missouri, salvaging the cycle of abuse and neglect and supporting Children and Families in the Child Welfare system.
The presiding featured the presence of the Youngs FosterAdopt Connect contact, Holly Uchtman who said she was honored to tend the court hearing. And the judge presiding over Willow’s adoption, Circut Judge Craig Carter was given a very pleased and happy thumbs up by Willow- As according to Uchtman.
The legal adoption was previously attempted by the Youngs but did not have success with other adoption resources as they raised Willow since birth.
