Ozarks Healthcare is offering free heart‑risk screenings this February to help community members take proactive steps toward better heart health. Screenings include a lipid panel, glucose test, A1C, and blood pressure check. Appointments are available February 16–20 at Ozarks Healthcare primary care clinics, with a special screening event on February 18 at the Main Campus on Kentucky Avenue in West Plains from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Heart disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States, but early detection and routine monitoring can significantly reduce risk. Ozarks Healthcare encourages residents to “know their numbers” and use February as a reminder to prioritize cardiovascular wellness. More information is available at ozarkshealthcare.com.
