On Tuesday May 13th, the Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 51-year-old David Allison from Gassville, Arkansas. Allison had outstanding warrants from Ford County Kansas for failure to appear. The MSHP also charged him with Fugitive out of State, Failure to register, no insurance and no seat belt, he was transported to the Howell County Jail.
