WEST PLAINS, Mo. — The Harlin Museum, 405 Worcester Ave. in West Plains, is hosting the Color of Snow Oil Painting Workshop taught by instructor and professional artist Lee Copen this Saturday, December 14.
The workshop will take place from 12-4 pm. The cost is $30 per person and attendees will have to bring their own supplies. A limited number of seats are still available.
