Heart of the Ozarks Fair Returns June 3–7 with Family Fun and Festivities

The Heart of the Ozarks Fair is set to return June 3–7, at the Heart of the Ozarks Fairgrounds on North Highway 63 in West Plains. The annual fair promises a week filled with entertainment, carnival rides, food vendors, and a variety of livestock, agricultural, and fine arts competitions.

Festivities kick off with free admission on Monday, June 2, for the Junior Market Steer, Goat, Lamb, and Swine Show starting at 8:00 a.m., along with judging for Home Economics, Fine Arts, Photography, and Produce entries.

Tuesday, June 3, also offers free admission, with events including the Replacement Nanny, Gilt, and Ewe Shows at 10:00 a.m., Junior Flower Show Judging at 1:00 p.m., and the Livestock Auction at 6:00 p.m. Carnival rides will be available from 6:00 to 11:00 p.m. at $1 each.

On Wednesday, June 4, $5 gate admission grants access to exhibits and a gospel concert featuring Final Authority and the Mattingly Family at 6:00 p.m. Carnival armbands, good for unlimited rides, will be available for $25.

Thursday, June 5, highlights the Open Flower Show and an SMTTPA Truck Pull at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 6–12. Children under six are free.

Friday, June 6, will include cattle shows beginning at 9:00 a.m., followed by another SMTTPA Truck and Tractor Pull at 7:30 p.m. Carnival rides and exhibits will be open during the evening.

The fair concludes Saturday, June 7, with a Rabbit and Poultry Show at 9:00 a.m., and the highly anticipated Demolition Derby at 7:00 p.m. at the grandstands.
