From the Probable Cause Affidavit:
On June 19, 2025, at approximately 1535 hours, Victim# 1 reported that while she was at
Emmett Kelly Park, Luis Sagastume, was in the passenger seat of a vehicle
that drove by her location while she was sitting under a pavilion.
During the event, Sagastume brandished a firearm and a baseball bat and threatened her life. The victim stated that the suspect’s actions and words placed her in immediate fear for her life. She described feeling terrified and believed that the suspect intended to cause her serious harm. The suspect then fled the scene.
Based on the victim’s statement and the circumstances described, there is probable cause
to believe that Luis Sagastume committed the offense of Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Peace Disturbance.
