The Howell County Health Department reports an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 have been identified. This brings the year-to-date total number of cases to 3,432. Of the new cases; eight reside in West Plains, three live in Mountain View, one lives in Caulfield, and one lives in Bakersfield. There have been 18,348 tests administered in Howell County to date.
