The Howell County Public Housing Authority has developed its Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2026 as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The plan is available for public inspection at Ozark Action, Inc., 710 E. Main, West Plains, MO Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm.

A public commenting period will take place Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Ozark Action Inc. Building #2, 720 E. Main, West Plains, from 10 am to 11 am. Public comment is welcomed and encouraged.
Copies of the plan can be emailed or picked up in the foyer located to the right of the main entrance of Ozark Action, Inc.
