HOWELL COUNTY, MO- On Tuesday Morning, January 13th; Howell County Sherrif’s Deputy Jerry Mingus was sworn in by 37th Judicial Circuit Judge Stephen Privette.
Mingus was formerly a member of The West Plains Police Department.
