A 21-year-old Kennett man was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Howell County on Thursday.
Lawrence Green faces charges of Fugitive from out of State, Probation Violation Warrant from Arkansas, Tampering with a Motor Vehicle and Exceeding the Posted Speed Limit by 26 mph or more.

He was transported to the Howell County Jail.
