A 67-year-old man from Defiance Missouri was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Carter County Thursday afternoon.
Michael E. Groff is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Careless and Imprudent Driving Involving a Crash, No Insurance and Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway.
