THEODOSIA, Mo. – On October 10, 2025, at approximately 6:36 a.m., law enforcement executed a search warrant at the residence of Kelly Mitch Risley and his girlfriend Courtney Teadue, resulting in the seizure of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and prescription pills.
Deputies recovered a glass pipe, a modified juice bottle, and a digital scale—all testing positive for methamphetamine. Additionally, five hydrocodone pills were found without a valid prescription. The items were located in shared areas of the home, indicating joint access and control.
Both occupants were taken into custody and face charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
