West Plains, MO. – Missouri State Treasurer Vivek Malek will visit Missouri State University-West Plains (MSU-WP) Wednesday, March 20.
The visit is part of the treasurer’s tour of Missouri colleges and universities to raise awareness about MOST 529, Missouri’s 529 college savings plan. This savings plan involves a parent or guardian investing in an account during their childs early years to be used when they get into higher education later in life.

He will be in Melton Hall Room 112 at 3:15 p.m. to discuss the program and distribute materials about the program to current students, faculty, staff and area media representatives.
