Motorcycle Accident Leads to Fatality

Fremont, MO. – A one-vehicle accident has led to the fatality of the driver on June 16th, at roughly 2:00PM.

A 2016 Harley Davidson Road King was being ridden on US 60, going Eastbound, when they crashed just one and a half miles East of Fremont. The rider was Michael Beckham, 71 of Winchester Kansas.

The crash occurred as Beckham failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, ran off the left side, and overturned. Beckham was pronounced dead at the scene at 2:02.

This accident was investigated by Corporal T W Meyer of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop G.
