On Saturday the Mountain Home Police Department arrested 68-year-old James Hilinski of Mountain Home.

He was taken to the Baxter County Jail and charged with Refusal to Submit to an Arrest and Breaking and Entering. He is being held on a $5000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court July 21st.
