Mountain Home, AR. – A Mountain Home resident has been arrested and released after posting bond, in relation to law enforcement discovering he was operating what was described as a “Gambling House” out of his business.
Law Enforcement discovered this after responded to an alarm being set off in the Eastside Center Court, located off of Highway 62.
Investigation revealed a burglary event and a missing safe, as well as Casino styled games, where customers could receive payouts through services such as PayPal.
As the business was operating as a smoke shop, and the illegality of any business operating these games outside of racing tracks, 39-year-old Muaad Al Maliki was arrested, and has since posted his $5,000 bond.
