The Baxter County Sherriff’s Department arrested 33-year-old Timothy Allan Clark of Mountain Home on Tuesday.

Clark is being charged with two counts of theft of property, possession of a firearm by certain persons, left the scene of an accident, DWI, two counts of criminal mischief. And Probation violation.
He has a bond set at $25,000
