The Mountain Home Police arrested a Cotter woman on Wednesday.

Ginger Wiggins is charged with two counts of General Harassment, two counts of Harassment with a Communications Device, Driving While Intoxicated, and Defective Equipment.
She was booked into the Baxter County Jail with a bond of $2590.
