The Missouri State Highway Patrol made two arrests Saturday morning.
At 10:11 am. 25-year-old Rebecca Quinn of West Plains was arrested for Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was booked in the Howell County Jail and released.

At 10:25 a.m. Joseph M. Garrison 24 of West Plains was charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance, Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, No Valid License, No Insurance and Failure to Register a Motor Vehicle. He was booked into the Howell County Jail and released.
