A 68-year-old Myrtle Missouri woman sustained serious injuries in a fatal crash in Butler County on Tuesday.
The Accident occurred when she ran a stop sign in her 2014 Honda Civic and struck a 2012 Ford Fusion driven by a 28-year-old Silva Missouri woman.

The 65-year-old female passenger in the Fusion from Patterson Missouri was pronounced Deceased. Both drivers sustained serious injuries and were transported to Poplar Bluff Regional Hospital for Treatment.
