A search warrant executed in the early morning hours of November 11, 2025, at a residence on County Road 4990 resulted in the arrest of two individuals and the seizure of multiple firearms, suspected narcotics, and drug paraphernalia.

The warrant, granted on November 5, authorized the search of the residence, vehicles, and outbuildings belonging to Johnathon Goodman Jr. at 3488 County Road 4990. At approximately 12:15 a.m. on November 11, Corporal Travis Weaver observed Goodman driving his registered 2003 Ford F150 and followed him to the residence. Upon arrival, Weaver detained Goodman and passenger Delenn Bourassa. Goodman disclosed he was carrying a Rock Island Model 206 .38 Special revolver, which was secured by deputies. Bourassa later informed deputies of a Ruger SR40C .40 S&W handgun in her purse.
Following the vehicle search, deputies entered the residence and discovered a range of controlled substances and paraphernalia. In the living room, a wooden box contained two loaded syringes of suspected methamphetamine and a glass smoking device. A locked safe, opened with a code provided by Goodman, held three additional loaded syringes of suspected methamphetamine, pills identified as Clonazepam and Oxycodone, over $800 in cash, and further paraphernalia. Four firearms were also found in the living room, including a Taurus Millennium G2 9mm handgun, a Fed Arm FR15 .300 blackout rifle, a Remington Model 770 30-06 rifle, and a Tracker .22 LR rifle.
In the kitchen, deputies located a headphone case containing a vial of white crystal substance weighing 3.9 grams, a straw, and a folded dollar bill—all with white residue. A digital scale and a bag containing approximately 9.95 grams of white crystal substance were also recovered. A glass bong with residue was found atop the refrigerator. The bathroom search yielded a plate, mirror, razor blade, and straw—all with white crystal residue—and another glass smoking device.
All suspected narcotics, firearms, and paraphernalia were seized. Goodman and Bourassa were transported to the Howell County Adult Detention Center and placed on 24-hour holds.
During interviews, Goodman admitted to using methamphetamine and acknowledged the presence of drugs in the home. He stated he regularly sells and trades methamphetamine to support his own use, exchanging it for merchandise, other controlled substances, and cash. Based on these admissions and the evidence recovered, authorities have probable cause to charge Goodman with delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.
Bourassa, interviewed separately, admitted to using methamphetamine and described the headphone case and its contents in detail. She denied involvement in drug sales but acknowledged awareness of narcotics in the home. Authorities have probable cause to charge Bourassa with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.
They were recently charged with vandalism of the downtown mural.
