Ava, Mo. – The identities of the suspects arrested as a result of the Douglas/Ozark county Multi-Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF) bust on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in the Brixey area have been revealed.
A warrant for the arrest of ALVIN SEARCY has been issued with the following charges: Delivery of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid – FELONY C, Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid – FELONY D, Stealing – Motor Vehicle/Watercraft/Aircraft – FELONY D, and Keeping or Maintaining A Public Nuisance – FELONY E.
Searcy has a bond of $50,000 cash only.
Earlier in 2021, Searcy was arrested for Felony Hindering Prosecution in connection with hiding prison escapee Jason Laird and faces court on that charge on January 20, 2022.
Charges are currently pending on the following individuals with regards to the same search warrant:
