Bakersfield, MO. – Trisha Vigna, board-certified nurse practitioner at Ozarks Healthcare in Gainesville, will conduct free athletic physicals for student athletes entering grades 7 through 12 in the 2022 – 2023 school year at the Bakersfield R-IV School District on Wednesday, July 13, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. No appointment is necessary. The school is located at 357 St. Hwy. O in Bakersfield.
Once checked in, students will be directed to the appropriate location to complete their athletic physical. All students are required to submit a signed consent/medical history form and provide current insurance information from a parent or legal guardian at the time of the physicals.
