OAI Credit Building workshops start Feb. 21

WEST PLAINS, MO – Moving area residents into the financial mainstream is the purpose of three upcoming credit-building workshops organized by Ozark Action Inc. with rural community development corporation New Growth.

Credit building is a free, nonprofit service to help individuals establish or improve credit scores. A good credit score is necessary to access employment, housing, and bank financing, and for going into business. A good credit score saves money through lower borrowing costs, insurance rates, and more.
