Ozarks Healthcare to Host Therapeutic Youth Summer Camp

West Plains, MO. –  Ozarks Healthcare’s Behavioral Health Center will be hosting a Therapeutic Youth Summer Camp later this month and into July.

The Summer Camp for Youths will be held in four different sessions for children in third through eighth grades, plus a special date for West Plains Boys and Girls Club members:

3^rd – 4^th Grades – June 20-24

5^th – 6^th Grades – June 27 – July 1

7^th – 8^th Grades – July 18 – 22

West Plains Boys and Girls Club Members – July 25 – 29

This camp is meant to encourage and nurture communication skills, coping mechanisms, self-esteem, and more education regarding mental health. The camp will also include traditional summer camp aspects, such as arts-and-crafts sessions, games, and field trips. You’ll need to sign your child up by June 15th to register.
