Eminence, MO. – This afternoon, the Shannon County Sheriff’s Office made an announcement about a joint operation that led to the arrest of a parole absconder.
This operation was put into place via the Shannon County and Howell County Sheriff’s Offices, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol, who dispatched investigators to multiple locations to find Ray Stark of Birch Tree.

Stark had received previous felony charges of Voluntary Manslaughter and Motor Vehicle Theft before violating the terms of his parole.
Today, April 14th, Stark was taken into custody without further incident.
