From the City of Willow Springs:
Utility bills are mailed on the last business day of each month, which recently fell on August 29, 2025. As of this morning (September 4), the Post Office is telling us that the bills have not arrived back from the sorting center. The due date remains September 10.
You can obtain your bill total in multiple ways:
1. Sign up for an online account through our website www.willowspringsmo.com
click on “Online Bill Pay,” and Register for an account if you have not already done so. Be sure to have your account number and property location exactly as written on your utility bill. You may obtain this information from our office or a previous bill.
2. Call City Hall at 417-469-2107.
3. Visit City Hall at 900 W Main.

**Please note that the City of Willow Springs will not provide utility billing information through email or Facebook messaging. The City of Willow Springs will also not accept payment information through email or Facebook messaging. It is best practice to handle this business by telephone or in person. Thank you.
