On Tuesday afternoon a 72-year-old Mountain Grove man was seriously injured when the trailer of his 2013 Peterbilt Semi ran off the right side of the roadway causing both the tractor and trailer to overturn.
The accident occurred 8 miles West of West Plains on Highway 14 in Douglas County.

He was transported by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment of his injuries.
