Senators in Missouri stand opposed in law that pits public safety against civil liberties

Senate Bill 26 is a measure that relates to public safety and investigations of police. This proposal is now state law.

There may be a move to get those provisions of Senate Bill 66 that did not become law this year into legislation next year.

The Second Regular Session of the 101st General Assembly will begin on Wednesday, Jan. 5.
